Spadaro & Associates takes your health, as well as our own seriously. We have proactively

improved our practice and policy to accommodate for the COVID-19 environment.

In line with current circumstances and industry standards:

 

• All surfaces, chairs, desks etc will be cleaned before and after your appointment.

• Hand sanitizer will be available at reception. Please use when arriving to your appointment.

• Wash rooms are available opposite the elevator doors on Level 1.

Time is of the essence. We kindly request the following:

 

• Adhere to your designated appointment time. 

• All appointments are time structured to your specific needs. Please arrive 5 minutes early to your appointment.

• Any client that arrives later than 10 minutes after their allocated appointment time will forfeit the appointment and it will be rescheduled to the next available date.

• Failure to appear without reasonable prior notice may result in a penalty. 

• Summarise all receipts prior to your appointment.

Practising social distancing:

 

• We ask for no more than 2 people in the office during your appointment.

• The reception area has a maximum capacity of 2 people waiting at any time.

• Credit/Debit transactions preferred, with payment made at completion of appointment with an exception to fee from refunds.

• If you or a member of your household is feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment for when you or they are feeling better*.

• If you have come into contact with any person who has tested positive for Covid-19 please cancel your appointment and reschedule to a later date*.

• We ask that you do not bring any accompanying guests to your appointment. This includes children, family members, friends etc, unless they are a part of your appointment time.
  *virtual consults can be arranged upon request.
